Sill Plate Drainage

Sill plates are structural beams that lay where your concrete foundation meets the framing of your house. Sill plates can be damaged by water or termites. Rotting sill plates can affect the structural integrity of your house.

In order to replace your sill plates, we will slightly elevate your house with hydraulic jacks and construct temporary supports to hold your house up so the damaged sill plates can be safely removed. We will replace your old sill plate with a new water-resistant pressure treated sill plate and termite shield for total protection. Once the new sill plate is bolted down to your foundation, your house is lowered, and the temporary supports removed.
